Starting the quest
How to start: Talk to the man working by the fence in Leftovers 6I.
Reward: 100 XP.
Toothbrush
After talking to the man, you must go to the billboard where the large toothbrush hangs. You need it to wash the quest giver.
You have to shake the billboard to make the item fall from it.
Washing
Pick up the brush and go to the quest giver. You jump on his back and then complete a short mini-game to wash him - this will complete the task.
