Starting the quest
How to start: Talk to the man working near the fence in Flippberdit.
Reward: 100 XP.
Meeting with Boom
After talking to the man in Flippberdit, you need to go to meet Boom. He is waiting in a small store, just talk to him and he will give you the next part of the quest.
Setting fire
Boom will send you to the next location. It will be a sizable building with lots of hay in it. You must set it on fire and then search the entire apartment.
Completing the quest
You will complete the quest when you purchase the item from Moog. However, you must first complete all side quests - Moog. When you return to Boom, you will also complete this quest.
