Last update: 18 May 2021

On this page of the Biomutant guide, you will find information about all the tribes that inhabit the vast world of this game.

Biomutant takes us on a journey to a post-apocalyptic, yet fabulously colorful world inhabited by human-shaped mutated animals. Due to events in the past, Mooma's disciples formed tribes and over time turned against each other. The player's task is to unite the warring tribes and save the world from impending doom.

In Biomutant, there are 6 tribes with which you can form alliances. Each tribe is guided by its own beliefs, has a specific Aura, as well as special tribe weapons and armor.

Choosing a tribe - does it block contact with others?

In Biomutant, allying with a tribe is not a permanent choice. You can always change your mind and try to team up with another tribe that may better suit the goals you want to achieve.

It should be noted here that frequent changes of alliances may discourage some leaders - they won't want to accept you back.

Outposts

Enemy tribes' outposts in Biomutant are smaller than forts and easier to capture - Biomutant: Tribes - Basics - Biomutant Guide

Enemy tribes' outposts in Biomutant are smaller than forts and easier to capture. Note that taking over an enemy outpost does not always involve invading the outpost area and fighting. Sometimes it is enough to drive the guards away with the help of angry Moths or to convince the leader to surrender.

Forts

Once all posts are taken, the enemy tribe will be weakened - it is time to attack their fort - Biomutant: Tribes - Basics - Biomutant Guide

Once all posts are taken, the enemy tribe will be weakened - it is time to attack their fort. Forts are larger and better guarded than regular outposts, and forcing through the walls and gates of a fortress may require you to do additional things - firing the cannons or using a battering ram.
