Singleplayer mode

  • Remember abort the Frostbite engine features - if an entrance of a terrain surrounded by wall or fence is located too far, make a hole in the fence/wall nearby, by using artillery or various explosives;
  • sometimes it is wise to crush building walls with a grenade launcher, when You know there's an enemy behind it. The explosion should kill him (unless You're playing on HARD difficulty level. In such condition, You have to finish the enemy with standard bullets);
  • beside the main weapon and Auto Injector medipack, You can carry also one extra weapon or device. Choose it wisely. If You plan to use a tank, take a Power Tool (allowing You to repair any vehicle). While attacking enemy camps, it is good to have a MRTR-5 (device allowing to point a target for artillery) or a laser designator (precise airstrikes). If You have to blow something up, C4, MRTR-5 and rocket launchers are the most useful things. According to me, that artillery-target designator is the best item You can have in the whole game;
  • always try to find as many red barrels and boxes as possible. They can often allow You eliminate enemy infantry units without much trouble;
  • if You drive a tank, You have to get out sometimes and repair it. If You realize that You don't have a Power Tool, then try hiding Your tank somewhere for the reload time;
  • if You drive a jeep or any other infantry transport vehicle, remember to keep a finger on [Y] button. It's responsible for manning the gun/grenade launcher installed on the car, and fast manning is necessary for survival, when You face enemy vehicles of the same kind. Such situations occur very often in the campaign;
  • never, NEVER lose an occasion to refill Your pockets with extra ammo. You never know when You run out of bullets, do You?
  • if You have to fight against an enemy sniper, just strafe and shoot at the same time. The enemy shouldn't shoot You in such situation.

Multiplayer mode

  • Gold crates can be either destroyed with special explosive charges placed by any class, or You can use a tank or rocket launcher. It takes some time, but at least You don't have to get close to the crate;
  • ALWAYS when driving a tank, turn on the view from inside of the tank. Your shots will be far more precise;
  • if You plan to attack Your enemies with an artillery barrage, try to mark his base as a target. The battleground should not be attacked, as there is a high possibility You'll earn lots of teamkills;
  • bombs called by the Recon's laser designator doesn't need to be used as a anti-vehicle weapon. Once You call a target for the bomber, Check if there are any other enemy units in the original target's vicinity. Large groups of infantry also can be killed with that bomb;
  • if You want to play as a sniper, try to change Your location as often as possible. A sniper, whose position is known to the enemy, can serve only as a moving target;
  • always deploy a few mines across the road used by the enemy vehicles. Thanks to that, they'll be barely able to pass them by;
  • while a tank fight ALWAYS look for a hiding spot, so Your machine won't be exposed to enemy fire while reloading the main gun;
  • wooden fences can be shot trough. If You think there's an enemy behind one, feel free to shoot him through the wood;
  • while attacking the gold crates, try to destroy everything that surrounds them. Thanks to that, they'll be easily accessible, defenders trying to defuse the charge will be better exposed to Your fire and - above all - friendly tanks and Demolition soldiers will be able to shoot the crates;
  • if You're in a tank, manning the machine gun mounted on the turret, feel free to attack enemy helicopters - the weapon is powerful enough to bring down the opponent's machine;
