After a long conversation with Selina, you are faced with another important decision in this episode. You have to decide if whether you want to sleep with Selina or not. In order to do it you have to choose the option to kiss her forehead in the dialogue below.

The next step is to undress the woman by choosing dialogue option one or three.

After choosing the appropriate options, you will end up in bed with Selina and wake up at her side on the next day. If, however, you have chosen the second option in the third segment of the dialogue ("We should not do this"), another dialogue will appear, and you will have the chance to explain to Selina why you did not want to sleep with her.

After a very nice evening with your friend Selina, you will wake up on the couch, this time you will be alone. The events which are about to take place now, are nearly identical as in the case of having a romance with Selina. You get off the bed, approach Batman's helmet and talk to Alfred.

Your task is to look around Selina's apartment in order to find your grapple gun. It is lying on a table in the kitchen, on the right side of the apartment. All you have to do is approach the table and pick the correct option (Grapple Gun - Take Back).
When Harvey reaches Selina's apartment, you not be able to hide from him regardless of the answer you choose and regardless of whether or not you slept with Selina.

Your next task is to defend from Harvey's attacks. Press the buttons which appear on the screen in order to defend yourself. At some point you will face the last important choice in this episode. It concerns the situation described below.
- Wear him down - Calm him down

The choices are distinguished only by short cutscenes, and both situations end in the exact same fashion. Harvey is kneeling on the ground and a conversation begins.

After talking to Harvey and Selina you will head over to Wayne Enterprises, where you are to read out your statement and officially resign from the function of the CEO. First, you need to talk to Regina.

After short conversations with Regina and Oswald, you will be standing at the rally and you will have to give a speech. The [Read] options are reserved for reading from the teleprompter, which will mean that you succumb to the pressure from Regina. Every other option is reserved for attempts at exposing Oswald, which, unfortunately, will not bring any effects. Both situations end in this episode in the exact same way.
