If you chose Renee Montoya, you will travel to the location of the shootout. During the fight press the buttons which appear on the screen, in order to help the policewoman in the fight against previously overwhelming odds. After the combat is done, approach her and talk to her about the situation.

After talking to Renee you will travel to Harvey's location. In contrast to the second choice, he will be surrounded by police, safe and sound. Harvey will hold a grudge against you, as you did not show up in time to help him. After a short analysis of the surroundings, talk to Gordon about the events that have just unfolded.

When you reach Harvey's location, you will find that he is surrounded by thugs. During the combat press the buttons which appear on the screen, to perform strikes and to protect Harvey from the assaulting bandits. After the job is done, talk to one of the bandits.

Regardless of which option you chose while talking with the bandit, you will need to have a short conversation with Harvey.

If you choose to help Harvey, the next stop for you will be the place where Renee was ambushed. After you arrive, you will find a lot of police officers already on the spot, and they have cleared the area from all thugs. Of course, as in the case of the first decision, the person which you chose not to aid at the beginning, will hold a grudge against Batman. In this case, talk to Renee.
