Important choice #1

You'll encounter the first important decision in the first chapter, right after the lost fight. Batman needs help - you can call either Waller or Gordon.

1. Call Gordon - this option will result in Gordon, Montaya, and either Blake or Avesta (depending on your choices in the previous episode) coming to the hangar. Either Blake or Avesta will warn Batman not to underestimate Waller and cooperate with the Agency. Additionally, it will improve your standing with Gordon.
2. Call Waller - in this case, help will include Waller and either Blake or Avesta. Waller will be grateful that you chose her instead of Gordon.

Important choice #2

The second important choice will wait for you in chapter 3. Willy will try to attack Bruce during his conversation with John.

1. [Buy him a drink] - this option will allow you to disarm the situation without resorting to violence. Willy will accept the money for his meds and Bruce and John will be able to leave the bar in peace.
2. [Punch him out] - in this case Bruce will swiftly knock out Willy. John will record the whole thing, and show the recording to the other members of the Pact. Bruce will call the police, and Bruce and John will be forced to escape the bar.

Important choice #3

You'll have to make the third important choice in chapter 4, when Harley captures Tiffany.

1. I'm nothing like you - this option will damage your standing with Harley but improve that with Tiffany.
2. I'm with you, Harley - in this case, Harley will kiss Batman, your standing with Tiffany will suffer, and John will be jealous.

No matter your choice, Tiffany will be released.

Important choice #4

You'll encounter the fourth important choice in the final chapter. You'll have to dedide whom to stop during the heist.

1. Head off Bane - Harley will be left alone at the heist location. After she returns she'll be mad at Bruce for not helping her.
2. Head off Harley - Bane will be left alone at the heist location. Freeze will fear that he'll want revenge after he returns.
