Baldurs Gate 3: Warlock - specializations Baldurs Gate 3 guide, walkthrough
In this chapter of the Baldurs Gate 3 game guide, you will find all the relevant information about the Warlock specialization - one of the many character classes available in the game.
As one of the character classes available in Baldurs Gate 3, Warlock can choose his specialization (subclass) as early as during the character creation. There are 2 paths to choose from: The Fiend and the Great Ancient One. Each specialization impacts character's playstyle. Because of that, you should think this through before you make a choice.
The Fiend
A Warlock with The Fiend specialization (subclass) from the start has access to a unique passive ability called Dark One's Blessing and two spells. Those who have chosen a different path to develop their character do not have access to the said spells.
- Dark One's Blessing: when you deplete a hostile creature's health bar, your patron's gift grants you health points equal to the Charisma modifier's level of character experience.
