Quest#1 - A Clash of Interests

Full synchronization: Stay alive. None of your comrades can be knocked down.

Localization: Antico District

Speak with the thieves [1] and you will be attacked by the gang. Your task is to knock down all enemies - do not kill them [2]! At the beginning press RB and choose your hands. You have to beat each man until he will be knocked down. If you will have any problems then press (B) do knock them down and (X). Be as fast as it is possible - the more are you fighting the better chance than one of your comrades can be knocked down.

Quest #2 - Up To Speed

Full synchronization: End the run in less than 60 seconds.

Localization: Antico District

This task is about running as fast as it is possible [1]. You have to run from one glowing point to another [2]. This quest is not very difficult but you can have some problems with the camera.

Quest #3 - Lost Pup

Full synchronization: Rescue Aldo in less than 2 minutes.

Localization: Campagna District

One thief will ask you to rescue his brother Aldo [1]. Go to the point marked on the map and kill two archers located there [2]. If any guards will follow you, hire mercenaries.

After the job [1] kill other soldiers and speak with Aldo [2].

Quest #4 - A Blanket Finish

Full synchronization: Kill Cento Occhi bosses with your hidden blade.

Localization: Campagna District

Speak with the thief [1], get on your horse and go to the Circus Maximus [2].

You will find gang leaders there [1]. To get the full synchronization, you have to kill them with your hidden blade. To do it get close to the enemy and press X. Ezio will kill the target and he will change the horse automatically. After the fight, run away [2].

Quest #5 - For The Fans

Full synchronization: Complete the test and stay at 100% HP.

Localization: Antico District

This is the next quest where you have to run from point to point as fast as it is possible. The first point is in the ruins [1]. Go there fast [2]. Remember to jump from safe distance in order to get full synchronization.

When you will get to the first point, climb on the wooden construction [1] and jump further [2].

The next point is located in the ruins located on the left [1]. Jump to the bar located on the left [2].

When you will get to the last one, turn right [1], climb upstairs and run to the left [2].

After two point, you should see another point [1]. Climb on the wall and then catch the bar [2]. You will see another glowing point on the right.

To find another one, you have to move straight ahead [1]. When you will be at the place, climb on the wall and turn left [2].

Another point in on the platform [1]. Jump down and end the race [2].
