An Apple A Day

Full synchronization: Do not kill anybody.

Run to the point marked on the map, go down [1] and jump to the open window [2]. You do not have to care about the guards, but try not to kill anybody here.

Former Borgia's lover will tell you where your opponent is. Follow him [1] and watch another cut scene [2].

After the film, go upstairs and climb on the wall located on the right. You will be able to jump on the wooden platform. Few meters further catch iron bar located on the wall. Jump to the last one and climb on the wall on the left [1]. Corridor will be patrolled by one guard [2].

Do not care about him, go upstairs and turn right. To get the full synchronization, you cannot kill him so go upstairs [1] and jump down, to the hay [2].

Now go right until you will get to the wall. Jump above the moat and press B to catch the edge located on the other side [1]. Now go in the direction marked on the map. You have to hurry here [2].

To complete this mission, you have to get close to the target alone. The best option to lose guards is to kill them, but you cannot do that in order to get full synchronization [1]. Try to avoid guards then by going into crowds of other people [2].

The Apple of Eden

Full synchronization: Do not loose any HP.

You will start this quest with a very powerful artifact - Apple Of Eden. When you will use it, you will lose HP, so don't do that if you want to get full synchronization. Go east and when you will be at the square, turn left [1]. Avoid guards by jumping on the buildings. If someone will try to harm you, press RT + A. Ezio will dodge the attack. The most important thing is to leave yellow area and stay undercover. The best option to achieve that is to jump to the moat and swim [2].

Demilitarization

Go to the marked area [1] and watch the cut scene [2]. When the film will be over, you will be attacked by many soldiers. Kill them with Apple Of Eden, press X and release it after 3 seconds.

Seeing Red

After speaking with your sister [1] run to the green zone, use Eagle Vision and localize the cardinal [2].

Follow him until you will get to the Colosseum [1]. After a short cut scene, you will be attacked by many soldiers [2].

You enemies will be coming in waves. When one group appears, move them to one location and use Apple of Eden [1]. You can use your recruits too [2].

All Roads Lead To...

After speaking with Bartolomeo, go to the marked gate where you will have to with with some Borgia's soldiers [1]. Kill them all [2] and watch the cut scene.

After speaking with Leonardo [1], go outside and you will be transported to the battlefield [1]. Kill all enemies and watch the cut scene [2].
