List of all collectibles and secrets in Assassin's Creed Odyssey:

Ainigmata Ostraka:

1. Kephallonia Islands - Locations of all ostracons on Kephallonia Islands along with solutions for their puzzles.
2. Megaris - Locations of all ostracons on Megaris along with solutions for their puzzles.
3. Phokis - on Phokis Island you will find ainigmata ostraca documents: Pressed for Time and A Specific General.
4. Malis - on Malis Island you will find one Ainigmata Ostraka document - Hearth and Earth.
5. Lokris - in Lokris you will find one Ainigmata Ostraka document: Red Aroma.
6. Abantis Islands - there are two Ainigmata Ostraka documents on Abantis Islands: Everything for Freedom and Beneath Theseus's Dreams.
7. Attika - five Ainigmata Ostraka Documents ware waiting for you in Attika: Backstage Pass, Killer View, Elbow Greece, Geat's Gruff and War Eagle.
8. Korinthia - Rock and Roll and Stone Cold are two Ainigmata Ostraka documents in Korinthia.
9. Argolis - in Argolis you can find three Ainigmata Ostraka collectibles: The Floor Is Lava, Two of Clubs and An Arm and a Leg.
10. Naxos - on Naxos Island you can find only one collectible - Stubborn Mule.

12. Obsidian Islands - Upon Typhon's Crown is only secret you can unlock on Obsidian Islands.
13. Arcadia - Arcadia is a vast region. Here you will find 4 documents: Strange Disease, Hobby Horsing, Farming Coin and Sweet Tooth.
14. Abantis Islands - on those two islands (Eubea and Skiros) you will solve two ostraca riddles: A Deal for Freedom and Beneath Theseus's Dreams.
15. Silver Islands - Silver Islands consist of two islands - Delos and Mykonos. You can find three documents: Needle in a Haystack, Grave Discovery and Marbled Morale.
16. Messenia - you will find three documents here: Tastes like Chicken, Procession of Bones and Foggy Memory.
17. Kythera Island - there is only one document: Made in Abyss.
18. Messara - there is only one document called Till Death Do Us Part.
19. Lemnos - there is only one document called Hungry for Misadventure.
20. Chios - there is only one Ainigmata Ostraka to be found here. It's called To the Edge of the World.
21. Elis - here you will find 2 documents: Prophecy Preventionand Centaur Field.
22. Makedonia - there is only one document called Helios's Greeting.
23. Achaia - here, you can find the following Ainigmata Ostraka: Belly Flop, Dye Dye Dye, Showboat.
