Silence the Heart of Rage is one of the two missions introducing players to the game Anthem. During this mission, some of the important functions (such as flying inside the javelin) are blocked. Additionally, you have to complete the tasks as the Ranger. The description of this mission together with a walkthrough guide can be found below.

You have to complete both introductory missions in order to create your character and select your first javelin, however, at the beginning you have to choose whether the character is male or female. You cannot alter this decision later. Character's sex does not affect your gameplay at all. It does not alter how NPCs treat you. Moreover, there is no option to romance with anyone.

Head towards the rest of your team and pick up the Repair Pack on your way. Character's javelin cannot yet fly, but you can reach higher ledges and jump over chasms with double jumps that the Ranger can perform.

Upon encountering a group of scorpions you can test the Ranger's Ultimate ability. Target as many monsters as possible and begin an aerial rocket attack. You can deal with the remaining monsters in more traditional ways (weapons, melee attacks).

Reach the location with your companions' defeated javelins. This part of the tutorial deals with healing fallen allies - approach each one of them and hold the repair key. In the future, you will be able to "revive" javelins controlled by other players or the in-game AI.

After repairing your companions, continue your journey. Jump to the far ledges and make sure not to fall into chasm. Upon reaching the target of the mission a cut-scene will be initiated.
