This chapter in our guide to Anno 1800 continues the main campaign. You reach the New World where you get a chance to build a new town in a more tropical environment. Do that and you will get access to new materials helping your towns to develop even further.

A Home for the Rebels
You are on completely new territory - time to build your second town. The tropical environment requires you to place different buildings. This also means that your citizens will have different needs than those back in the Old World. Start with building residences for 50 workers.
Rescue and Refuge
Choose your boat and then travel to Prosperity island. Collect the people waiting for you on the shore. Transport them to your island.
A Bastion for All
Everything is developing at its own pace. However, you need more citizens - 300 should be enough. Fulfill their needs by giving your people access to clothes and local cuisine.
Your town will suffer from fire. Build a Fire Station - click on the building and get more volunteers to put the flames out.

Your town needs order. Build a Police Station to catch the arsonists. Zoom in and click on three arsonists. They are easy to spot thanks to the torches they are carrying.
Release and Ease
You need to send out another ship that will transport refugees to your island.
The best defense is a good offense
You need 2 frigates in the New World. Go back to the Old World (click on the glove in the bottom left corner of the screen) and start producing these two ships. Then, select the ship and send it out to a different region. Your ships must reach the New World.
Once the ships reach the New World, send them to Isabel - this will trigger the escort mission. You need to protect ships - at least one of them must reach La Isla. Watch out, you will be attacked. Destroy the enemies fast.
Your town is suffering from fire, again. Find 5 arsonists and click on them to eliminate the threat.
Time to increase the population of your new colony. The goal is to have 600 workers and build a Hospital. Keep building new residents and be sure that you are able to satisfy the needs of your citizens.
Pay no Ransom
This mission requires dexterity. Choose a fast ship and be sure that it isn't transporting any goods. Next, order it to sail to the refugees guarded by Pyrphorian Warships. Don't enter the green circle. Move your ship to stay away from the Warships. When the enemy ships sail away from the prisoners, order your ship to sail towards the refugees to take them on board. Do this a few more times. Once you are done, go back to your island.
One Hand Washes the Other
You have to fulfill Isabel Sarmento's requests. Complete the minor missions and you will complete this one, too.
Follow the Lead
Complete Contract expedition to continue. Be sure your ship has everything that is necessary (crew, cannons, food) and sail out to retrieve the contract. You will have a few events, including Pyrphorian Pursuit.
Complete this mission to end the chapter.
