Keep going on. Sometimes, you will have to take a turn or cross a door, but there is only one path and there are neither puzzles, nor monsters along your path. In the meantime, you will receive a new journal entry (London's Burning, London's Burning). The only reason, for which you might want to explore the area is notes. For now, nothing will attack you, so take your time.

Descent into the basement.

Finally, you will reach a passage into a basement. Take it.

Climb up the stairs and above the machine. You will walk out into the streets again. Go into the side alley. Watch out, because there is a monster in the backalley to the left. Keep running until you reach the gate that will slam shut behind you.

After you come to, move on. You will receive a new journal entry (Streets and Alleys). Head towards the lift.
