In The Lower Factory stage you can find 3 secrets:

1. Cylinder x1
2. Matches x2

The locations where you can obtain collectibles have been included in the walkthrough below. You can also find other interactive items, but not all of them will be of any use.

Going through the lower level of the factory

You will start this chapter next to the ladder. However, before using it, look around for matches stored inside a small chest.

After climbing down the ladder, unlock the mechanism to open a new door.

You are in a large location with capsules. You have to avoid phantoms again while going through this place. As before, hide from the ghost's light using the surrounding covers and do not look at it for too long.

While sneaking, look for passages to other areas - some of them are "marked" with blue flames. You will reach the stairs and temporarily move away from the dangerous area.

On your way, you will pass 3 capsules that will be related to the next (smaller) puzzle. To move on, you have to pull out two bars, crouch and then squeeze through. Next, go to the last room.

A puzzle with 3 capsules and an injector

There are several important items you can find in the new room:

1. Cylinder: Sabotage - it's the only secret of this type in this stage. It is lying next to a corpse (picture 1)
2. Capsules - they are to the right of the cylinder (picture 1) and will be added automatically to your inventory
3. Injector - it is stuck in the destroyed device (picture 2), and it will also be added to the inventory
4. Matches - look for a box on the floor

Open your inventory, select the capsules and choose combine items - you have to connect the capsules with the injector (example in the picture above). The idea is to fill the injector with a substance from one of the capsules.

Go back to the previous room. You will find a working console. Open its flap, select the injector from the inventory and inject the substance into the upper container (the picture above).

Finally, use the knob to spread the injected red substance. There should be a series of explosions.

Get out of the factory

When escaping from the factory and avoiding the ghosts, remember that you can enter water reservoirs. You can hide from the ghosts by going behind obstacles or diving. However, in the latter case, remember about your limited oxygen.

Head towards the passage "marked" with a blue torch. After reaching it, move the large boulder blocking the narrow passage.

In the partially flooded section, watch out for another ghost. Your destination is the small elevator shown in the picture. Use it to reach the upper level and escape the ghosts.

Follow the linear path. You will reach a location with more light and sand. Take the amulet from the inventory to open a portal here.

Apartment

You will automatically start a very short chapter called The Apartment, which is similar to the previous stages - Paris and Park.

Use the stairs and reach the interactive door. While moving around the house, you have to move the items blocking the passage. Reach the shutter with the child sitting next to it, and then go towards the child that is moving away from you. The heroine will soon begin to "sink" - the stage will end.
