The locations where you can obtain collectibles have been included in the walkthrough below. You can also find other interactive items, but not all of them will be of any use.
Collecting the 3 pyramids and connecting them
When the chapter starts, ignore the first room with the first pyramid clearly visible on the ground.
Go straight ahead. Walk through the next rooms until you reach the second pyramid shown in the picture above. Pick it up and carry it back towards the starting point.
The pyramids are used to create connections and the key here is that each of them is "within range". Your first task is to unlock the side room , i.e. the one to the left of the starting point.
Put pyramid 1 at the beginning of the left corridor (picture above). It must be within reach of the generator in the central room, i.e. the connection that extends from it must be visible.
Place pyramid 2 near the entrance to the left room.
The energy should flow from the central generator, through pyramids 1 and 2 to the door mechanism in the side room. This will allow you to enter (picture above).
Here, you will find the third pyramid, but also look for kerosene, matches and a collectible on a shelf - The Theater: Note on the Apostate .
Restoring power to the scanner room
Now you have to solve a similar puzzle - the task now will be to supply power to the dark room behind the starting room, i.e. the one through which you previously passed on your way to the second pyramid.
Place pyramid 1 at the beginning of the corridor that leads towards the scanner room (picture above). It must be within range of the generator (visible energy stream).
Place pyramid 2 near the entrance to the dark room.
Put pyramid 3 in the scanner room, slightly in front of the seat rows. This should restore power and the whole room will light up.
Examine the seat rows mentioned above. There are matches on one of the armchairs on the left side.
The cage and body scanner puzzle
Examine the lever on the right shown in picture 1. Pulling the lever will activate the entire mechanism bring in a cage with a corpse (picture 2), which will then be scanned. You will have to conduct a similar scan of the main character in a moment.
After the scanning procedure is over, pull the lever in front of the cage to "send it away" from this room.
Go to the right lever again . Pull it and quickly use the ladder next to it (picture 1).
Interact with the empty cage (picture 2) so that Tasi can enter it. If you don't do it in time, you will have to try again with another empty cage.
The cage with the heroine on board will be transported to the scanner and the body of the heroine and her fetus will be scanned.
Exit the cage and press the red button to get additional information from the mysterious blue creature.
Pull the lever in front of the cage and quickly re-enter the cage. It has to take you to the upper opening, which will get you out of the scanner room.
Optionally, you can jump out of the cage before it reaches the end and explore the area on the left to find kerosene.
Regardless of whether or not the cage took you to the end, you ultimately have to use the ramp shown in the picture to go down to the lower level. You will find some human bones with matches among them to the right.
Next, you will reach the gate, and when you move it, you'll start a longer sequence in the tunnels.
Keep moving, but when you reach the place shown in the picture, don't go through the hole in the wall right away. Instead, examine the left corridor first, because at its end you'll find some matches on the sand.
After going through the hole, turn left again and reach the end of the corridor to find some more matches .
On the way to the exit, you may confront a ghoul and, depending on the situation, you can either run or hide.
Ultimately, you have to reach the large, partially opened gate that leads to the laboratory.
