Go to the marked destination after the mission starts. When you get close, the carriage riding in front of you will be marked, you must catch it and eliminate the driver (for example, by jumping on the roof or with revolver or throwing knives). If you want to complete the side objective, first eliminate the carriage behind the main target - it will be chased by a smaller one running from the right. You won't have much time, after getting close the enemies will open fire and kill the driver after ramming him few times. In order to eliminate the opponents you can either use the quick throw/shot ability at the enemy driver or jump on their carriage and aim at the head of the driver (however, there is a great possibility that the carriage will go in different direction. Additionally, it is harder than performing few quick shots).
In the next phase you must get to the marked location. Enter the restricted area from the place where you will find few Rooks standing at the wall, then jump on the roof of the building. From this point you will have a perfect view at the opponents below. You can eliminate them in any way you want, for example with the help of the Rooks. Shooting the dart at the burning barrel when few enemies are nearby (screen) is a very easy way to take care of some of the opponents. This way will eliminate most of the opponents and make taking care of the remains a piece of cake. Once you're done, jump down, push and set the cart on fire, and finally escape from the explosion.
Challenges
Save Ms. Attaway's omnibus driver from his pursuer - during the chase behind the first carriage, focus on the one behind it. Enemies that you must kill are attacking it - you will do it most quickly by performing few "quick shots" at the enemy driver or by using the precise aiming (it's harder as the driver is usually killed after around dozen of seconds) or by jumping on the roof of the enemy carriage.
