By shooting the dart at the source of the fire you will quickly eliminate a group of opponents.

Go to the destination, and then find your enemies with the eagle vision. Use the zipline to get to the nearby roof from where you can use the dart and shoot at the source of the fire. This will make the enemies eliminate themselves.

Remain above and you will be able to easily eliminate the next group.

Then go to the end of the roof. Carefully drop below on the beam. From there you will have the next three opponents exposed. Use the dart to eliminate them and then search the chest below in order to replenish your supplies.

It will be most easy to use the dart near the first chest.

Then it is a good idea to take care of the main target. Near the chest that is close to the river use the dart when the walking guard will be in its range - this will make both enemies affected and kill their friend. Open the chest and go in the opposite direction.

From the roof near the second chest kill the two opponents by throwing the dart when the second one gets close to the barrel.

The second chest is guarded by a single opponent who you can kill in any way you want (for example, by jumping on him from above). Search it and jump on the roof from which you can shoot the barrel with fire - do it when two enemies will be standing near it. Then, use the rope to get to the next roof.

You can also easily kill the group at the third chest from above.

The last chest is below you, carefully jump from the roof to the beams, while still remaining above. Wait until three enemies will be near the barrel and then use another dart (if you don't have enough ammunition, search the chests found in this territory). Finally jump below and search the last chest.

Once the prom stops, use the situation and quickly eliminate the enemies that are in the middle of battle.

Once you notice the swimming ferry, quickly run towards it. Don't jump into the water, it will be harder to catch it that way - instead, jump from one ship to another, they are placed in such way so that it will be easier for you to catch the ferry. You can jump on the deck from the last ship, once you're close to the bridge. If you will fail, run through the boats near the ferry which will stop not far behind the bridge. Now use the distraction to kill the remaining opponents and open the chest (you can do it before the ferry stops). Now you must return to Bell.

Challenges

Use darts on fire sources near 9 enemies - during this mission you will receive a new gadget from Bell. Use it to shoot fire barrels near which enemies gather. When aiming you can see the range, make sure that as many opponents as possible are inside it. On the mission territory you will find few groups on which you can use the dart. You will replenish the ammunition by using the chests.
