This mission will become available once you will liberate the Whitechapel district - to do it, you will have to complete four Conquest Activities and defeat the district boss during the Gang war.

Thanks to the rope you can quickly climb on the top of the clock tower.

Once the mission starts, drive the carriage towards the Big Ben marked on the map. Your objective will be to install the fuse boxes. During this mission you must use the rope that will allow you to get to places that are unavailable in any other way. Start with the place that is most near the Big Ben - find a point to which you can attach and shoot the rope. Install the first fuse box at the top.

Wait for one of the guards to turn his back on you.

Carefully get down on the other side. You will notice two guards on the roof, one of them is patrolling next to the second one. Wait until he is turned in the other direction and easily kill both guards (it is a good idea to do it quietly as both opponents aren't easy to defeat). Get up and install the second fuse box.

Use the rope to quickly move between far away towers.

The third fuse box is slightly more away. Remember about using the rope, this will allow you to remain on a safe altitude and complete the side objective. In few places you can easily move on large distances, which will finally lead you to the top of the last tower and allow you to install the fuse box.

Go back to Bell once you are done.

The conversation with the inventor will activate the second part of the mission - go to the marked points in search of metal components. Your objective is to search two chests that are guarded by groups of enemies. Completing the side objectives is not hard - simply hang on the rope above the enemies (just like on the screen). You will do it by getting close to the edge and shooting the rope at the other side. Just make sure that the enemies and the chest are precisely under you. Eliminating one guard in that way will be enough. Open both chests, perform the upgrades (Smoke bombs and throwing knives) and go back to Bell's workshop.

Challenges

Install the fuses without going below 30m in altitude - after climbing on the first building, avoid getting to the ground. Move between the buildings with the rope and the objective shouldn't give you any trouble.

Air assassinate a guard from a zipline - during the second phase of the mission, hang above the guards protecting the chest (by attaching the rope to the building on the other side), then hang above the opponents and perform an execution.
