While in the course of Chapter 13 (Nothing Left) of Plague Tale: Requiem, there are secret chests to find that fall under the category of collectibles. Our guide shows their approximate locations.
Toolbox #1
You don't need to venture far into the chapter to find this one. After the scene where Amicia's hand is reset, the heroes will reach a cellar.
Before you embark further, explore the room on the right, and you should find the collectible.
Toolbox #2
Along the way to the port, you'll cross a village - the secret is in its second part. Continue until you reach two guards talking to each other.
Look for a ruined church - take a look inside and you should easily find the chest.
Secret Box #1
This secret is to be found in the final part of the village crossing. The characters will eventually reach a cart on pegs that can be pushed (it's not the one released from the chain, but another one).
The cart can be pushed to two different places and first, you must reach the optional higher shelf shown in the included image with it.
Once you are at the top, head to the right and open the door from the above picture.
You will find yourself in a new part of the ruined building and there is the last closed workbench of the game. Open it by using a knife on it.
