Continue with the story until you reach a scene where you escape Count's soldiers i.e. after watching the cut-scene with Arnaud. The heroes will reach a barn where you can ask Hugo to squeeze through an opening and unlock access to a cart. Push the cart toward the upper shelf marked in the image above.

You can now climb to the upper level of the barn and collect the secret.
