In chapter 13 of Plague Tale: Requiem, you can get 2 secrets and collectibles. These are:
- Hugo's Herbarium x1
- Souvenir x1
We've described how to find them below. They are discussed in the order in which they are found.
Souvenir #1 - A mess
The secret can be found at the beginning of the chapter, when the heroes must get to the surface. As you progress through the stage, you must use the slingshot to destroy the lock on the door (above image) and unlock the passage.
On your way there, you will see a cabinet on wheels - move it to progress.
In the next room, you will find the second cabinet on wheels from the above picture - it needs to be moved, too.
You will reveal a small opening - crouch down to get into the adjacent room.
Examine the left desk and watch Amicia's reaction. The game will unlock the souvenir after a while.
Hugo's Herbarium #1 - Greylag Goose
This secret can be found while crossing the village, on the way to the port with where you have to rescue Arnaud.
After passing through the village occupied by enemies, reach a cart on wheels that can be pushed (it's not the one that you released from the chain, but another one).
The cart can be pushed to two different places. You must first reach the optional higher shelf shown in the accompanying image.
Climb to the top.The feathers lie on the ground - Amicia will pick up one of them.
