Main storyline
First playthrough (from start to finish) of Plague Tale Requiem should take you about 15 hours. There are a total of 17 chapters to complete, and the duration of some of them is longer than the chapters from the first installment. You may need extra time for puzzles (there are many of them) and stealth elimination of opponents, especially if you've chosen to play at a higher difficulty level.
There is an NG+ mode that becomes available after the first completion of the game. Thanks to it, you can begin a new playthrough on a higher difficulty level, but all your upgrades, collectibles, and abilities are carried from the previous save. This may compel you to spend more time with the game.
Secrets and collectibles, platinum trophy
There aren't many collectibles to find in Plague Tale Requiem, but many of them are hidden well or require extra effort. Thorough exploration is a must when on a hunt for secrets. Searching for them can extend the duration of the game by a few hours, and this is made more viable thanks to the option to repeat chapters and individual scenes. This way you can reach missed finds easier.
Unlocking all trophies is not a difficult task. Most of them you've probably unlocked during the course of the story, and you can complete the remaining ones through Chapter Select. The trophies involving developing skills may be more difficult to obtain, but you can make this easier by starting an NG+ playthrough. Efforts to get the platinum trophy will lengthen the experience by a few hours at most.
