A Plague Tale: Innocence is a production having 35 achievements that can be unlocked during the game. Almost half of them are related to story achievements. Unlocking them will not require much effort. This section contains a complete list of achievements, along with tips on how to get them. In the case of more extensive achievements, separate chapters have been prepared.

The de Rune Legacy
Goal: Complete the first Chapter
Comment: this achievement will be unlocked automatically. We've prepared a section dedicated to this achievement.
The Strangers
Goal: Complete the second Chapter
Comment: you will get this achievement to complete the second stage of the adventure, you will get it without any problems.
Retribution
Goal: Complete the third Chapter
Comment: you will get this achievement automatically as you progress through the game. In case of trouble, refer to the section of the guide dedicated to that chapter.
The Apprentice
Goal: Complete the fourth Chapter
Comment: you will receive the achievement when you finish the fourth Chapter of the story.
The Raven's Spoils
Goal: complete the fifth Chapter
Comment: obtained automatically after completing chapter five.
Damaged Goods
Goal: pass the sixth Chapter
Comment: This achievement will be unlocked involuntarily after completing the sixth chapter of the story.
The Path Before Us
Goal: Complete Chapter seven
Comment: you will receive the achievement when you finish the seventh Chapter of the story.
Our Home
Goal: complete the eighth Chapter
Comment: you will this achievement when you complete the eighth stage of the game.
In the Shadow of Ramparts
Goal: Complete chapter nine
Comment: the achievement will be given to you after passing the ninth chapter of the story.
The Way Of Roses
Objective: complete Chapter ten
Comment: obtained automatically after completing chapter ten.
Alive
Objective: pass the eleventh Chapter
Comment: This achievement will be unlocked involuntarily after completing the eleventh chapter of the story.
All That Remains
Goal: complete the twelfth Chapter
Comment: obtained for completing the twelfth Chapter of the story.
Penance
Goal: Complete chapter thirteen
Comment: the achievement will be given to you after passing the thirteenth chapter of the story.
Blood Ties
Objective: complete the fourteenth Chapter
Comment: This achievement will be unlocked involuntarily after completing the fourteenth chapter of the story.
Remembrance
Objective: Complete Chapter fifteen
Comment: to get the trophy you must complete the fifteenth stage of the story
Coronation
Goal: complete the sixteenth Chapter
Comment: you will receive the trophy after completing the sixteenth stage of the adventure.
Knights!
Goal: Complete all chapters
Comment: Obtaining this trophy will require you to complete sixteen chapters plus the epilogue of the story.
Alchemist
Goal: Create 100 pieces of ammunition.
Comment: During the game, you will learn how to create new "cartridges" for your slingshot. The achievement requires you to create a 100 rounds of any type. Amicia creates two pieces of ammunition at a time. This means that it must be made at least 50 times.
More practice
Goal: complete the aiming tutorial
Comment: you can get this achievement in the first stage of the adventure. After returning home, head towards the gate. Instead of turning left towards the chapel, head right. You get to a small yard. There, you will find six flower pots. You need to shoot them to complete the achievement.
Feeding the hungry
Goal: Find food for Hugo
Comment: this achieved has been described in a separate section.
Found!
Goal: Play hide and seek
Comment: in Chapter IV, Student, you will be taken to a small plantation. Hugo leaves and hides in the bush. To achieve the goal, start playing and hide in vegetation.
Tribute
Goal: find the tomb

Comment: you will find the tomb during the stage Our Home. If Hugo wants to go to Lucas, instead of going with him up the stairs, go with them downstairs. Thus, you will achieve the goal.
Savior
Goal: save the soldier

Comment: The Raven's Spoils (Chapter IV) - you will get inside a siege engine. On the other side, you'll find a soldier. He is surrounded by rats and has no light source. If you want to save him, then hang a torch in the middle of the corridor, and use Ignifier to set fire to the lantern at the end of the path.
Herbalist
Goal: Find 6 flowers
Comment: During the game, you will collect flowers for Hugo's Herbarium. There's a total of 13 of them. To set off the achievements, you have to collect 6 of them. Their location can be found in a section dedicated to them.
The Blacksmith
Goal: find Rodrik's smithy
Comment: Rodrik's smithy is found in Chapter XVI. Near the wagon, where you saved the peasants. There's a gate. Approach the hole in the rat structure. This will lead you to a hole in the fence that will allow you to shoot the lock.

Then return to the gate and go through it. Go, until Roderick starts talking.
Merciful
Goal: save the dying


Comment: in Chapter XII, All That Remains, you encounter two dying opponents. Make sure to save them.
Curiosities collector
Goal: Find 13 curiosities
Comment: During the game, you will find collectibles. Throughout the game, you can find 26 of these. You need to collect at least half of them. Their location can be found in the Chapter dedicated to Curiosities.
Not a toy anymore
Goal: Update the slingshot to maximum

Comment: You need to improve the slingshot up to the third level. These are two kinds of mods. Sling improvements panel will be available from the second Chapter, which gives you a lot of time to create improvements.
Handfull of pockets
Goal: upgrade the equipment as much as you can
Comment: similar to a sling. It is necessary to improve your equipment to the third level. Combine these three types of changes.
The hard way
Goal: Enter through the main door.
Comment: At the very end of the stage In the Shadow of Ramparts (Chapter IX), you will have to enter the University. To unlock this achievement, you will need to enter through the main door. To do this, you have to fight with the guards. Use Devorantis to burn through their helmets. Remember that they have a shield. The second attack must be carried out very quickly.
Resource sharing
Goal: Enter 5 alchemist carts
Comment: this achievement was described in a section of this guide devoted to the subject.
Captain Sidekick
Goal: Become the captain
Comment: this achieved has been described in a separate section.
Big sister
Goal: Find all gifts for orphans
Comment: During the game, you can find 11 gifts for fellow travelers. You have to find them all to get the achievement. The location of all of these can be found in the dedicated Chapter.
Botanist
Objective: find all flowers
Comment: In the adventure mode, you can get 13 species of plants consisting of the Herbarium Hugo. You have to find them all. Information on where to find them can be found in a Chapter dedicated to them.
Curiosities collector
Goal: find all the sights
Comment: during the game you will find features. Throughout the game, you can find 26 of these. To get the trophy, you must find them all. You can learn from a separate section about where to find them.
