Regardless of your choice, the army launch smoke grenades. At that point , Ali appears and the first fired bullet hits him. This happens regardless of whether you used to back Ali or not.

You have to wait here until the soldiers have to reload their guns.

At that point, without consulting you, Reza dashes to the aid of his cousin. This results in a QTE event, where you cut through the escaping crowds. The key moment is when you take cover behind the yellow car. You have to wait for the military to stop firing for a moment and move on. After a while, you will have to do that again.

After you reach Ali, you will have to help him. You have to press his wound and make sure that the red meter on the side keeps within specified range. As soon as you do that, drag several bandages over from one side of the clothes to the other. There is no way to go wrong performing these actions. The plot will wait until you do it correctly.

After you are done, all will start to run.
