Visit the location where Horatio had his last contact with the rest of the group. His phone is the only remaining trace of him. Fortunately, a camera will bring some clues regarding his disappearance.
A Brutal Discovery
Travel to the hangout in which Horatio is held. Then, go to a house nearby - open the closed window and go inside. Wait until the room is visited by two dogs, and stun them. Then, switch to a Jumper - drive it through the whole length of the ventilation shaft, and then - through the hole in the wall.
Soon, you'll reach the stairs - follow them up, and then in the direction of the marker on the map. Approach the laptop and activate the download process. Return to Marcus, go through the door and hide behind a wall, to get back in the signal's radius.
When DedSec gets the necessary information, take over the cameras, and reach the plantation with them. Ignite a fire and quickly escape from the hideout. When you are out of there, the mission is complete.

Shipwreck
Go to the docks. You need to destroy four chests with cocaine. The mission is not that easy as it seems, as the ship is full of guards. Begin with the cameras - get the access key from the guard on the upper deck. Then, switch the view to see the vehicle in the container, and make it move forward. The first chest is destroyed.
Change the camera to the one with the view of the next chest - wait until the guard is nearby, and trigger the explosion of his phone. It was possible to get two chests remotely - the next two won't be so easy.
The easiest and the fastest way is to spawn an enemy gang/a police group. As a result of the shootout, the whole area will be cleared from enemies. Destroying the remaining cocaine is just a formality. Leave the docks to finish the mission.

Root Canal
Go to the place where three gangsters who killed Horatio are hiding. You need to neutralize him. Jump from the building, go around the guarded building from the left, and move in the direction of a man who drives a car. Approach him to take over the camera which hangs over the alley to which the driver is headed. When the target is before the car - take over the car to run him over.
The next target, Travino, is patrolling the area and can be easily hit by an electrical discharge. Similar thing can be done to Hubert. If you want, you can just call the police/ an enemy gang to deal with the chosen targets, and finish the mission quickly. After the shootout, leave the area and end the mission.

A Real Dog Fight
Time for the final confrontation with the gang. Travel to the building which houses dog fights. First, enter the roof, using scaffolding near the restaurant. Wait until the guard on the roof looks the other way, and stun him. Do the same with the guard on the neighboring bridge.
Look below, and use the gas pipeline and transformer to eliminate the remaining guards. Use the door to enter the restaurant, and then ride the elevator to the bottom. After some inserts, you are left with a few options to eliminate the main target.
You can choose to use the cameras and lure the gang leader to the gas pipes/console and initiate "an accident". Other ways include releasing dogs from their cages and let them do the honors. Either way, when the gang leader is dead, leave the building. Horatio is avenged, and the operation was a success.
