Go to the bar to meet the rest of DedSec crew. It turns out that you are followed. Go outside and approach the marker. Run Nethack and begin the search. You'll detect a suspicious van, but you can't approach it directly. Turn left, enter the marina and use the ladder near a vehicle. You can now safely download the necessary info.
Unfortunately, FBI will quickly notice that they are being hacked, and the guards are in high alert. However, the roof should be a safe zone - single guards will be easy to handle. When the download process is complete, run from the dangerous area. Jump from the roof, take off and wait until they will stop searching for you. Once you are in the clear, mission is completed.

Cabbie for Hire
Having stepped on FBI toes, Marcus meets with Wrench in a café to work up a solution. After the meeting, use your phone and open up the App shop. Choose Driver SF, and start the newly installed program. Choose first mission from the list.
Go to the location and enter the car. Drive up to Miranda and take her to the designated location. The ride will be short, but Marcus will manage to ask why FBI started tracking DedSec.

Dellum's Towers
Time for more drastic steps. Travel to the towers which house the FBI headquarters. Enter the building through the open door. Without much hesitation, move to the elevator and ride upstairs. Exit the elevator and turn left. Quickly move through the corridor, turn left and go up the stairs. Use the ladder and stun one of the employees. Again, go upstairs and begin hacking - once again you are going to close a circuit (To activate the circuit, press the button inside the pillar).
Once you have installed the spying software, you will locate the place where FBI keeps its data. Go downstairs, cross the door, and turn right. Climb on the vending machines, and enter the ventilation shaft. Then, follow it to a narrow passage and release the Jumper, which will work wonders in this situation.
Try to open the hatch right above your target, and then unlock it using the panel located nearby. Switch to Jumper, unlock the hatch, and switch to Marcus. Now, switch to Jumper again, and reach FBI data room. Start downloading the data, which will result in alerting the guards. Once the download is over, return to the elevator and try to steer away from the building. End of the mission.

Wrench in the Works
The last operation almost allowed DedSec to locate the secret FBI hideout. Approach the antenna and begin hacking using the well-known mini-game. When you have finished, the location of FBI hideout will be revealed to you. The screen will switch to Wrench, who is being interrogated. Even though you are able to switch between cameras, there is not much you can do. Fortunately, Wrench is released... but FBI took his mask. Marcus decides to retrieve it, and steal some valuable data from FBI computers. Get a car and drive to the hideout.
As can be easily imagined, the place is very well guarded. Approach the restricted area from the train cars, climb the one near the containers, and create a short circuit by the guard. When both guards turn to see what is going on, jump to the other side and hide behind a cover right next to the door.
Then, approach the sniper with caution, and stun him. Climb to the top of the scaffolding and open the hatch. Use the Jumper - drive it right above Wrench's mask and take it. Now try to get access to the terminal - the right panel nearby will be lit. Use the Jumper to get close, and activate it.
Now get to the data panel - disable the alarm if you have learned the required skill. If not, the room on the left has a ventilation shaft. When you have acquired the data and the mask, return to Marcus. Jump from the roof and escape FBI hideout. Take one of the vehicles and drive to Wrench to return his mask to him. The mission was a success!
