You can find out about this mission from one of the informants located around the city (orange icons on the world map - the informant should be at The Tenderloin). They will tell you about a meeting of members of Bratva and Auntie Shus. Marcus will decide to sneak into this meeting. The second part of the mission is the most important, you will have to help Aiden Pearce (the protagonist of the first Watch Dogs).

Victor Cheung should be taking a stroll near Chinatown (his exact location is shown on the map). After you find Victor, get closer to him and hack into his phone (no need for attacking him) to learn the location of the meeting [+9000 followersów].

The meeting takes place below the highway and you won't find anyone after reaching it. Activate the quadcopter and enter the yellow container to find corpses. There is a phone near one of them, use remote hacking to open the message left on the phone [+9000 followersów].

Warn Aiden Pearce about the ambush

Go to the fort located in the western part of the map, near the New Dawn facility. Open the door leading to the bunker and explore it. You will encounter Bratva members on your way. Eliminate them quietly using the taser, traps, jumper (by distracting them with the speaker. If the enemies detect you, do not let them call reinforcements. If they try, you can eliminate them by detonating the red barrels.

You can set a trap on the lower level of the bunker by driving the jumper through a small vent, but it is not mandatory. Your main goal is to reach the room with a box and hack into it. The game will show you the view from the cell where Aiden is locked. Wait until a thug comes near the cell (screenshot above) and hack into his phone to distract him. This way, Aiden will be able to escape.

The only thing left to do is leaving the area. Unfortunately, new enemies appeared in the bunker. Just like before, you can either eliminate them one by one or choose regular combat. If you choose the latter, try to leave the complex before the reinforcements arrive. The mission will end when you leave the orange area on your map [+9000 followers] [Aiden Pearce unique clothing].
