Eliminate all enemies

The restricted area is the big single building and a part of the adjacent parking lot

Wait for the phone call from Yolanda Mendez and head towards the spot, where Jackson was tracked, i.e. to the Northern part of the Mad Mile. After you start the mission, it will turn out that Aiden's nephew is staying in the area occupied by the enemy forces. As a result, you will have to eliminate them all.

You can eliminate the enemies, in the restricted area, in any order you wish to and in any way you wish to, i.e. by taking them down in melee, by hacking, using firearms or throwing them explosive apples. If you prefer to act from hiding, I recommend that you do a reconnaissance first, using the nearby cameras, use suppressed weapons and silent takedowns. In the first place, eliminate those of the enemies that are staying near the main parking lot (of course, take advantage of the cars and the other big objects, as covers).

At least two enemies are patrolling the upper level of the building

In the next place, you should climb up the stairs and deal with two guards on the upper level of the building. They should not be too much of a problem to you, because the routes of their beats rarely intersect. At the same time, it is worth noting that at the upper level, there is an ammo bag and this may come in handy later into this mission.

You can separate the enemies or eliminate them in groups

It is best to leave the two smaller groups, at the back of the building, and near one of the vehicles, for the end. You can try to separate the individual enemies (hacking into objects in the environment, lures, etc.) or exploit the fact that they are standing close to one another and, e.g. throw them frag grenades. At the same time, take advantage of height and, whenever necessary, lay down fire on them, from the upper balconies.

Eliminate the reinforcements

Even if you manage to eliminate all of the enemies, without raising the alarm, you need to keep in mind that reinforcements will arrive, after the fights end. The easiest way to eliminate them is to use the "Steam Pipes" skill, on the nearby pipelines (one of them has been shown in the above screenshot), still before they make it out of their cars.

Near the building, there appears an Enforcer

If you do not have that skill, however, you can choose one of the other methods of acting. The pipelines with steam can well be replaced with the grenade launcher, which you can use to blow up the cars of the gangsters. If the opponents manage to approach the building, where you are defending yourself, you should focus, mainly on eliminating the Enforcer, with any explosives.

The stairs

After you defeat the second wave, explore the upper level of the building and find the stairs to the top floor. Hack into the control panel and follow the short corridor into the place, where there is Jackson hiding. Soon, the game will start the final cutscene.
