Protect Clara
This mission starts in the motel in the Parker Square district, i.e. in Aiden's hideout. Due to the fact that you are up to a succession of fights here, I recommend that you, soon enough, obtain a good firearm and explosives. After you watch the cutscene, featuring Clara, the attack on the motel will start and your primary objective is to protect the friendly hacker for several minutes. Start by shooting the man that took Clara hostage (you need to shoot him ideally on the head).
After the fights proper start, try to keep within short distance of Clara, at all times. Thanks to this, you will be able to eliminate, quickly and efficiently, those of the enemies that will threaten her. It is worth noting here that even if she sustains any damage, her health bar will regenerate after several moments. In general, the point is that she cannot lose all of her health in one sudden attack.
Apart from the enemies on the upper balconies of the attacked motel, you also need to watch out for other dangers. What I mean here is, first of all, the enemy snipers that will be taking positions on rooftops, among others, next to the big letters. The best method to eliminate snipers is with a scoped assault rifle or a sniper rifle. To make it easier, for yourself, to fire precise shots, you can use Focus to your aid (as long as you have unlocked this skill).
The next serious threat are the enemies that arrive in the battle zone in cars and stop on the motel parking lot. To the extent it is possible, it would be good to blow them up, before the enemies manage to get off (with a grenade launcher, or frag grenades). Additionally, you can also hack into the exploding elements of the surroundings, and destroy the transformer in the central part on the square. What speaks for doing that is the fact that, in several moments, power supply to this part of the map will be cut off.
Escort Clara to her car
The next objective appears right after you eliminate the first wave of bandits. The good news is that From now on, Clara will be following Aiden and, thanks to this, it will be easier to make sure that she stays alive (do not walk, out of a sudden, into areas of danger). On the motel parking lot, there soon appear new enemies. I recommend that you destroy the cars parked here and keep using the grenade launcher or explosives.
After you have cleared the area again, tale the passage shown in the above screenshot, which is located under Aiden's destroyed motel room, because it is definitely the shortest route to Clara's car. Do not get on her car and wait for her to leave.
Escape the battle zone
After Clara leaves, in her car, return quickly to the motel's parking lot, because there will appear more mercenaries, in the nearby alleys, who would easily kill you. On the parking lot, find a car in a good condition and leave this location quickly. Driving outside of the search area ends this mission.
Reward for completing the mission: 500 experience points
