If you want to increase the value of a pinata, you need to make sure it feels happy: attire it using new accessories (the more expensive the better), feed it with sweets and send to the children parties (by completing factory requests). Remember also, that just by naming your animal you make it happier. What’s bad for them is closing on a small area. When they lack living space, they may become not only unhappy, but also sick.
This pinata is beautifully attired and therefore much happier.
