After each episode (or rather before the start of the next one) you will participate in a conversation with the analyst, or maybe you should better call him a psychologist. During each conversation you will receive many questions and will participate in examination that will try to characterize you - the player. The decisions about what you are afraid are especially important.
For example, during one meeting you will clearly describe your fears (for example, needles, types of animals/insects) and then you will notice as these elements appear in the game (for example, a spider will walk over the camera, or during the next visit at the analyst you will notice the mentioned objects on his desk). Another example is choice of what forms you are afraid of: clowns, zombies or scarecrows - the exact dummy will appear in the chapter III while playing as Chris, when you select a side path. Depending on whether you are telling the truth or lying when visiting the doctor, you can increase or lower the level of stress and fear during the game.
