Quests in Burning Library Entrance

Main quest: Extinguishing the Flames - this is the only way to reach Burning Library, and complete tasks given by Graven Ashe.

Main quest: The Ties That Bind - you will come across Jelena. You can let her go if she promises to go to Maric for the right punishment. You can also kill her during the conversation. The other part of the quest will lead you to Burning Library.

Main quest: A Trial of Archons - once you kill a member of the scarlet Chorus by the name Foul Murmur, you will find report on the Chorus activity.

NPCs Burning Library Entrance

The Censor - leader of the Scarlet Chorus in this location. You cannot enter the Burning Library without talking to him. In the end, he will run into the Burning Library, and you will have to face Chorus soldiers.

Foul Murmur - member of the Scarlet Chorus responsible for torturing the prisoners.

Boltok - member of the Scarlet Chorus.

Jelena - scout of The Disfavored. You will find her tied to the pale. She will ask you to find two scouts mentioned by Maric. You can kill her or set her free.

Folant - member of Sages Guild, prisoner of the Scarlet Chorus. After you kill his kidnappers, you can let him go or kill him.

Scarlet Chorus - warriors who fight in close combat and use ranged weapons. If you are visiting the location due to Extinguishing the Flames and The Ties That Bind, one you speak with The Censor, they will become your enemies.
