When you enter the Excavations from the East, Harban will initiate a conversation by himself. He wants you to get rid of a pack of wolves that has been troubling the workers. Their lair is to the South of the Excavations (the location becomes marked on your map). It's simple, just go there and do your thing. You'll get some gold once you successfully return.

A delicate issue

Reputation: Giriza, Skeldens

Your reputation with the Skeldens will rise just from talking to Sano for the first time. He will give you a list of tasks that you can perform in order to impress Ebrat Skelden. He, himself, initiates but one mission - retrieving his private package from Gorelin.

When you are in Gorelin (remember that your reputation in Giriza must be at least 2 for them to let you in) talk to Estar Gren - Excavations - Quests - Two Worlds - Game Guide and Walkthrough

When you are in Gorelin (remember that your reputation in Giriza must be at least 2 for them to let you in) talk to Estar Gren. He will mark a location of a Karga warehouse on your map. It's to the South from the Karga Camp. You'll meet a guard there - if your reputation with the Kargas is not high enough, you will have to kill him to be able to open the door (no consequences whatsoever). Once you're inside, just grab the cure and take it back to Sano.

Reputation: Skeldens

Talk to Set once you're after a conversation with Sano. He will give you a quest to deal with a group of bandits led by someone named Finch. Before you go to their hideout, pay a visit to Tharbakin Crossroads Inn and take a quest called "Shadow in the family". The guard will then let you in without any problems.

Talk to Finch and propose that he gives you the artifact without fighting. He will agree and tell you about a mercenary that Giriza's looking for. Go back to Set and tell him that Finch is dead and the gold will be yours.

A traitor in the house

Brokk thinks that one of the trusted Skelden workers is a traitor. His name is Zed Masara and he's hiding in Gorelin. In order to talk to him, you must get a quest called "Collecting evidence" from Karga Camp (and, of course, have at least 2/10 reputation in Giriza to enter Gorelin). Zed will give you the documents when you tell him that Ethan sent you. To finish the job, you can now kill him - guards won't react to that, so don't worry about them. When you're back to the Excavations, you'll be given your reward in gold.

Ruining the Groms' war for them!

Reputation: Skeldens

Menno's camp is to the North of the Excavations, at the junction. His mission is to collect 3 Grom totem poles. Each of them can be found in separate Grom encampment. There are numerous Grom camps in the game, and here are the examples:

This quest is explained together with "Eye for an eye" mission from Karga Clan. Completing it automatically makes all the Skelden aggressive towards you.

Prove your loyalty

Reputation: Skeldens

If your reputation with the Skeldens is at least 5 (approximately), you'll be allowed to talk to Ebrat. He will order you to go to Covengor and blackmail a man called Calvo. It's simple, really, just travel to that village and talk to him. When you're back to Ebrat's camp, he will be ready to eliminate the Kargas once and for all. All that's left for you is to go to Karga Camp and collect your reward - a Relic Frame.
