Your current task: Get out of the ship
Congratulations – you are still alive! Now you have to just get out of the wreckage. Follow the only path you can go.
Make your way through exploding corridors. While escaping, you would undergo jumping and crouching tutorial.
When one of the soldiers asks you to help him save his friend - you have to apporach him to engage scripted cutscene. After the blast – open the closed door by bashing higlighted key.
Run like hell to the exit and at the end of your road – use the ladder.
Your current task: Find the main crash site.
After a spectacular explosion you will officially arrive on this forgotten planet full of dinosaurs. Follow your teammate. At some point of your travel the cutscene showing smoke on the horizon will appear. This is where you are trying to get now.
Continue walking along the path, watch out for the spiked grapevines. But the real threat are the dinosaurs – one of them will get your teammate soon. You can honour his death with a minute of silence.
Soon you should get to a clearing. In the middle of it, nearby the body, lays your first weapon – SMG. Go get it – but watch out, a soon as you pick it (automatically) – you will be attacked by a small raptor. Throw him off by following instruction shown onscreen. And that’s how fight looks like.
You can shoot the remaining beasts or move along through hollow tree-trunk. At it’s end you will find Turok’s most important weapon – the knife.
Jump off the cliff and try using it on an unaware soldier you find nearby. Get close to him (Turok armed with a knife moves noiselessly), wait for an attack icon to appear and do your job. There is a second soldier nearby. Keep going till you find your teammate from the Whiskey Company – Slade.
Your current task: Search for the survivors
Well, it is no time to argue – follow him and search for the rest of the Whiskey Company. Soon you will run into small army of soldiers. It would be easier to take them out if you try zooming your view using SMG.
You can also try dual-wielding your SMG’s. Keep on killing your enemies till the tyranosaurs will appear. Stay away from him and watch the show. When the best finishes his dinner – regroup with Slade. That’s the end of the chapter.
