Blueprint #1 (Go to the artillery control center)

When you left the room with Perceptor kill enemy's robots, get to the next location and pick up blueprint lying near destroyed robots.

Blueprint #2 (Go to the flight deck)

During exploration of the base you will get to the room with destroyed table and killed robots. Move left and look at the ground near the blue screen.
