How to unlock: Meet with Skoura the Faceless in Old Slave Block (M17.3).
Promise to help Skoura
In one of the rooms in the northern part of Old Slave Block (M17.3) you can find Skoura the Faceless. Speak with her. During the meeting you will learn that since she has no face, she is blind. You can offer to help her regain eyesight - that's what this quest is about.
Important - During the conversation, don't try to take the jar from Skoura by force or you will permanently die! You can receive this item at the end of the quest.
Pay the surgeons or become their guinea pig
In order to find a "healer" for Skoura, go to Chiurgeon Slump. There you must speak to two surgeons in the southeastern corner of the location - Demeray and Obervich (M18.3). During the meeting, ask them about the ways of regenerating someone's eyesight. They will promise to help in exchange for a candidate to conduct experiments on him. You can solve this situation in two ways:
- Pay 280 shins instead of finding a perfect guinea pig.
- Offer yourself as a candidate for the experiments. The main protagonist will permanently lose 1 health point .The positive news is, selecting this option provides you with 4 EXP.
No matter the choice, talk about the reward - Obervich's Eye. With this item you can return to Skoura. As reward for giving her the eye, you will receive 25 EXP and Jar. It is a quest item that can be used during the main quest Into the Depths in order to feed the Maw that unlocks the portal to the Cullet.
