Return to the plane's main area. Interact with the manhole marked by the game and jump down. This way you will reach a place there you can cut off power supply, which will result in resetting the central computer. Leave the narrow tunnel the same way and go to Charlie's workshop (marked as Flight Forward Deck). Locate the ladder and take it to reach the cockpit. This will finish this mission.
