Keep heading forward. Ignore the information about not being able to use the elevator. Use the stairs to get down to a lower level. Take a closer look at your tactical map. Order your men to go to go to the first door and allow them to proceed with the assault. They should use an explosive device to get rid of additional enemy units. Once this is done, move back everyone to the stairs.
I wouldn’t recommend allowing your men to remain inside the assaulted room, because they would have ended up getting shot from nay different directions. Instead, order them to hide near the door. You can proceed towards the left corridor (screen). You should be using a lot of grenades here. Your final task will be to secure the large left room.
The last opponent should be standing somewhere outside (screen). Make sure you’ve killed him before you decide to proceed to the large balcony. It’s very important, because he’ll be carrying a shotgun. Turn right and start moving forward. Eventually you’ll come across new equipment crates.
You are getting closer to a new room which is being guarded by A LOT of enemy soldiers. I wouldn’t recommend trying to assault the room through the door. Instead, approach one of the windows and perform a surprise attack (screen). Use your assault rifle as well some of the carried grenades to get rid of enemy units. Obviously your colleagues can help you out here.
Once you’ve dealt with the initial group, take cover behind the wall and eliminate anyone who decides to leave the room (screen). It shouldn’t be too difficult. I would now recommend going back to the equipment crates, especially if you’ve used up a lot of grenades.
I wouldn’t recommend heading towards the main entrance, because that area may not still be safe. Instead, use the windows. Once you’re inside, focus your efforts on neutralizing a heavy machine gun post (screen). The last group of enemy units should be hiding to your right. Use the grenades or try outflanking them.
You will have to reach the last room, because that’s where you’ll find new grapple points. Look at my screen – that’s where you’ll have to go. Use the rope and wait for your colleagues to do the exact same thing.
