The explosion should kill two of the closest enemy soldiers, so you’ll only have to deal with guys from the lower level. Once they’re gone, proceed towards the right door, because there’s where you’ll find your target area. You are getting closer to a server room. Kill anyone who decides to stand in your way. As for the guy inside, shoot through the glass to kill him (screen). Enter the server room and ask one of your teammates to hack into the system (SPACE key).
You should receive new orders in just a few seconds. As ordered, you will have to act silently, because otherwise the hostage is going to be prematurely assassinated. Choose an assault rifle and switch to single shots. Additionally, you will have to attach a silencer. You can do this by pressing and holding the R key. Choose the left option from the menu (screen) by pressing the V key. Wait for your colleagues to do the same thing.
Exit the server room and proceed towards the left corridor. You will come across new equipment crates here. Obviously you should consider rearming yourself. After that, keep going straight. Turn left (screen) and use the stairs to get down to a lower level. Turn left once again. This time you should start moving towards a new door.
I’d strongly recommend that you follow my exact instructions, so you’ll prevent the alarm from being raised. Open the door and go to your right. Leave the rest of the team behind, because you’ll have bigger chances of succeeding if you act alone. Approach the right door and use the camera. Wait for the guard to start moving the other way. Open the door and kill him (screen). Fire only one bullet, so you won’t attract any unwanted attention.
Allow your colleagues to get here, but you should still prevent them from attacking enemy troops. I would recommend that you press the B key, so you’ll be rewarded with a thermal scan of the surrounding area. Be on a look out for bright spots (enemy soldiers). Approach a new area carefully. Start off by neutralizing the first terrorist. Shoot him in the back. After that, take care of his colleague. He is patrolling the area to your right (screen).
You will have to perform a simultaneous attack, so make sure that your colleagues are following your lead. Your next objective will be to reach the first door (screen). Order your men to prepare for an assault. You will also have to use the camera to tag two terrorists. Once this is done, proceed to your right and head on to a new passageway (2 on the map).
Once you’ve reached your destination, you should notice that a third terrorist is standing here (screen). Order your men to proceed with the assault, HOWEVER prevent them from using any grenades, so they won’t make too much noise. Kill your terrorist at the same time, before he discoveres that his friends were brutally killed. You may proceed towards a new corridor. I would recommend moving alone, because you won’t have to ask your team members for help.
