You may ignore the woman for the time being, because her life won’t be in danger anymore. Proceed towards the warehouse and enter it carefully. You’ve probably killed all terrorists, so you may proceed to the main area of the warehouse (screen). If you still feel uncomfortable, consider using some of the nearby pillars for cover, however I’m sure this won’t be necessary.
Your next task here will be to reach a large door. More hostages are being held inside, so obviously you will have to be very careful. Use the snake camera and tag two terrorists (screen). Move back and order your men to prepare for an assault. You can move to a nearby window, however it’s not necessary. Give the order to proceed with the assault. Placing an explosive charge on the door seems like a good idea.
Ignore the rescued civilians and proceed to the next section along with the rest of the team. Leave this building without using your camera. You should be able to find two equipment crates here (screen). Obviously you should rearm yourself. I’d especially recommend taking a lot of grenades.
Ignore the hint about the possibility of assaulting the warehouse from two different floors. Head on towards the left entrance. Open the door and take out two terrorists (screen). One of them should be standing to your right, while the other one can be found near the ladder. Once they’re gone, order your men to remain somewhere near the entrance.
I would recommend moving to your right. A lot of terrorists will arrive to your left and obviously your job will be to eliminate them (screen). You probably won’t have to retreat, because you’ll be killing them one at a time. It would also be a good idea to throw a couple of grenades at them. As a result, you’ll kill most of your enemies and now you’ll only have to deal with a few soldiers.
Now you will have to secure the main area of the warehouse. Order your men to move forward a little. I would recommend using a ladder to get to the upper rooms. I had to deal with only one sniper (screen), but even if there’s more terrorists, you’ll be able to take them out from here. Go back to the ground floor.
