If it moves...
Objective: Kill 10/25/50/100/150 enemies
Reward: 500XP/1000XP + Amped RE-45/2500XP + Amped RE-45/5000XP + Amped RE-45/10000XP + Amped RE-45
It is easiest to complete this challenge by killing the AI-controlled bots. Additionally, you can make things easier by using Minion Detector.
Top Gun
Objective: Kill 5/15/25/35/50 Pilots
Reward: 500XP/1000XP+Amped RE-45/2500XP + Amped RE-45/5000XP + Amped RE-45 /10000XP + Amped RE-45
It is best to use the AutoPistol in rooms and over short distance, where it ensures a good firepower. Killing the required number of Pilots will not be too difficult.
Machine War
Objective: Kill 5/15/25/35/50 Spectres
Reward: 500XP/1000XP + Amped RE-45/2500XP + Amped RE-45/5000XP + Amped RE-45 /10000XP + Amped RE-45
Very easy challenge. To locate Spectres use Minion Detector.
The Expendables
Objective: Kill 5/15/30/50/100 Grunts
Reward: 500XP/1000XP + Amped RE-45/2500XP + Amped RE-45/5000XP + Amped RE-45/10000XP + Amped RE-45
Another very easy challenge. To locate Grunts use Minion Detector.
Off the dome

The revolver proves most effective indoors and over short distances, where its high firepower really counts. Its low rate of fire is compensated by really high damage - 2 or 3 shots are enough to finish off any Pilot.
