In this mission minor importance have the choice of the first “The Witcher” (if you import you savegame), which can may allow you to run freely around the city without a fear of guards. An important choice is the decision about rescuing Triss or Filippa. For the second choice you can save Saskia and then talk to her. This choice has also an effect during the meeting in mission “A summit of Mages”.
