Chapter 2 | Walkthrough The Turing Test Guide

Chapter Two increases the difficulty level. You can notice more complicated puzzles and rooms that contain a greater number of elements. Similarly, to the previous part, Chapter Two is divided into sectors from B11 to B20, with Crew Quarters at the end. During this chapter you can find a secret room. Completing it gives you an achievement.

Sector B11

Leave Planetarium and enter the first sector of Chapter 2 - Chapter 2 | Walkthrough - Walkthrough - The Turing Test Game Guide

Leave Planetarium and enter the first sector of Chapter 2. Pull the lever down and move through the unlocked door. Notice the main door with two empty containers, but for now, you must leave them and enter the room on their left.

Here, there is another lever but this time you push it up. Then, you can leave through the unlocked door. You are now in the middle of the unlocked rooms. Take the energy beams from both rooms, and place them into the empty spots near the main door.

Sector B12

Go down the stairs and turn right. You can notice a container with a beam. You have to move it to the left. This allows the machine above to pull it in. While you are upstairs, you must take the magnesium container and get on the platform on the right.

Open the door by using the carried container. Behind the door, you can notice another container with an energy beam. Carry the machine to the spot presented in the screenshot, throw the container, the one that you found behind the door, into the magnesium and move it farthest to the left so the container can appear behind the ladder. Enter the platform, take the container and open the door to Sector B13.

Sector B13

Take the beam located on the other side and put it to an empty container that is near you. This unlocks a bridge. Cross it to get to the other side. There, you must take the previously placed energy beam and put it to the empty spot near the door. Go through them.

Approach the machine powered by the energy beam, the one on your left, and move the bridge farthest to the left. Cross the bridge and take the beam located in a small room. Go down the stairs and put the beam into the gravity machine. When you are downstairs, you can take the container with a beam located in a small green room on your left. Carry it to the machine and leave it there.

Go up the ladder and place the bridge in the same way as in the picture. Go to the other side. First, take the magnesium beam and place it in the door behind us. Then, insert the container that was dropped by the machine into the bridge. Finally, place the beam from the opposite side. Proceed to the next room.

Sector B14

Once you enter the room, you must take both beams from the main door that is located above. Notice that placing the character on the red platform, which is presented in the screenshot, opens the door on the right. For now, you should open the double door on the left. Go upstairs and take the beam from the door on the lower floor, the one that opened earlier. Open the door behind you. There, you can find a container with a beam.

Drop the container onto the red platform located on the bottom of the room. Take the beam from upstairs and carry it to the previous door. This allows you to unlock the access to the second, already opened, door. Take the next beams and place them into two containers above. This unlocks a new passage that you can use to exit the room.

While you are on the way, you can notice a window. Look through it and take both beams from the visible door. Place the beams into the containers near the door. This allows you to proceed further into the game.

Sector B15

First, move to the room on our right and take a container with a beam. Take it to a free place on the left of the main anteroom and pull the lever down. The next step is it to take the energy beam from the door on the right (you took a container from there). Enter the new room and place the energy beam into the empty space. Push the lever up, take the container and leave the room.

Push the lever up to open the window. Take the beam that is behind the window and put in to the door behind us. Take the container from the wall and open the next door. This unlocks the way up. Take the last container with you.

Put it in one of two available spots near the door to the pink room. After that, take the beam from downstairs and open the door. In the pink room you take the beam to your gun and leave. Take the second beam too and open the main door to the next sector.

Sector B16

While you are on the way, you can notice an entrance to the second secret room. The walkthrough for this level can be found in Secret rooms chapter.

Sector B17

Collect the container with the energy beam below and place it in the empty slot past the opened bridge. This will open the passage to the next door, but it closes the previous bridge. Go through the newly opened door.

After you walk into the next room, take the energy beam and return to the previously lowered bridge. There, exchange the container with the beam and take it to the room shown in the screenshot above. Remember to not drop it down and leave it on the closed bridge instead. Stand in front of the ladder in the green room and take the beam into the EMT. Use it to open the bridge in the second room and collect the container with the beam. While crossing the newly-opened door you will spot two empty slots. Put the container into the first one and the beam that is behind you, into the second one. This opens the bridge and you will be able to proceed on.

Sector B18

Here, you will learn a new mechanic which will make it more difficult for you to solve puzzles. After you collect the energy beam from the container, the hourglass with energy will start dropping down. In order to solve this puzzle you must stand near the door which allows you to collect the beam. Then, you must go through the opened passage (using the Shift button) before the door closes. Perform this action once again when you are in the next room and go to the next sector.

Sector B19

In this sector, you must repeat the same action as the one in the previous sector - Chapter 2 | Walkthrough - Walkthrough - The Turing Test Game Guide

In this sector, you must repeat the same action as the one in the previous sector. Collect the energy beam from the opposite side of the room, release it next to the door above and cross the elecrtic bridge as quickly as possible. You have to make it before the hour glass drops to the very bottom and closes the way.

Sector B20

You will walk into another new location. Standing on the pulsating energy stripe allows you to break the circuit which in turn closes the door.

Run into the red room shown in the screenshot above and take the beam behind the window. Replace it with the container that is next to the open window. Take the container into the empty slot behind you. This colses the first window. Thanks to that you can release the pulsating energy beam which opens the door for you.

Here, you learn several interesting things, such as what the titular Turing Test is. After you take a look around, go through the door in front of you. You have completed the second Chapter.
