Chapter 1 | Scenario 2 Sims Life Stories Guide

Start off by choosing a new scenario from the main menu. This time we'll be playing as Vincent. This scenario is much different from the old one (Riley's story). One of the main differences is that our main character is very wealthy. You will be staying at a very expensive and well equipped villa. You won't have to worry about your current budget, because you will have A LOT of money at your disposal. Additionally, our main character already has a lot of skills, so you will spend less time reading books, working out or practicing in front of the mirror. Instead, we'll focus on many other things. Read the entire guide if you want to find out what that might be.

You will have to wait for the game to load this entirely new map. As you've probably noticed, the villa is quite large (#1) and you'll have plenty of time to explore the surroundings. Start off by moving towards the large door (#2), so you'll be able to proceed with the first mission objective.

Goal: Say hello to Samantha (+500 Aspiration)

This goal should appear on your screen in a short while. The first thing to do here would be to greet Samantha (#1). You will have to wait for her to get here, though. Open the Kiss section and choose Make out (#2). You could also try and activate other actions, however this won't be necessary. You shouldn't have any problems fulfilling this very simple task.

Some of the first dialog windows will appear on your screen (#1). I'd strongly recommend that you read these messages, because some of them will contain important info. It looks like Samantha has made all arrangements for the marriage. Vincent, on the other hand, doesn't want to get married. As a result, Samantha will be furious. She will also leave this map (#2). I'm sure that you suspect that this isn't the last we've seen or heard from her.

As you've probably noticed, there's a lot of dirt and garbage in the area (#1). You could try and clean up some of these areas on your own, however this won't be necessary (#2). We will ask someone for help in a short wile. As a result, you may as well ignore these objects. Focus your attention on other things.

Goal: Hire a maid (+250 Aspiration)

The first thing that has to be done here is to call a maid. As you've probably suspected, you will have to use your cell phone. Head on to the Service section. Once you're there, click on Maid (#1). You will have to wait for our main character to make this call. Agree to the terms (#2). Now you will only have to wait for the maid to get here.

You should consider taking care of some of the basic needs in the meantime. Bladder seems to be quite urgent, so you will have to go to a bathroom. Sadly, this means that you will have to clean this room on your own (#1). Thankfully, the maid should have arrived by now and she will help you with the cleaning process (#2).

Goal: Sell the wedding arch (+250 Aspiration)

This is a very simple mission objective. Start off by moving the camera towards the garden. You shouldn't have any problems finding the wedding arch (#1). Enter the buy menu and click on the arch. After that, press the DEL key in order to get rid of it (#2).

Goal: Prepare a meal (+250 Aspiration)

I guess it's fairly obvious that you will have to go to the kitchen. Open the fridge (#1). It doesn't really matter what it will be, so you may as well choose a sandwich. You will have to eat this meal (#2) in order to be able to proceed with the next mission objective. You could also clean up the table, however your maid would also deal with that problem.

Now you should have plenty of time to relax and explore the rest of the house. Playing video games seems like a good idea (#1). Bear in mind that you have A LOT of money, so you could buy new things (#2). I would recommend putting most of them in your garden or bedroom. Some of these objects will also appear below your current goal icon (Wants). Make sure that you've bought them in the first place, before moving on to something different.

Goal: Talk to Greg Chomsky (+250 Aspiration)

One of Vincent's colleagues should arrive in the mansion in a few minutes. He will automatically enter the building, so you won't have to greet him (#10. Try clicking on him. You will have to chat with him a little (#2). I'm sure that you won't have any problems doing that.

Greg will tell you more about what has happened with Samantha while our main character was on a business trip (#1). You will also receive a gift from Greg (#2). It's going to be an expensive computer. This is a very useful tool in the game and it will come in handy during the second chapter of this scenario.

Goal: Set up the new computer (+250 Aspiration)

I would recommend choosing a very small room that's located near the garden. You shouldn't have any problems finding it. You should be able to locate a small computer desk, so you won't have to buy this object on your own. This is the final task of this chapter, so you won't have to be in a lot of hurry. You could wait for the next day to come or spend the rest of the evening playing with Greg (#1) or doing something else. You should also be rewarded with a well-known mission summary screen (#2).
