A career in journalism requires developing two skills. At the beginning practice writing on the computer [265]. When you’re on the third post, you have to write stories and reviews. You may interview the people you meet [266] – you better make friends with them first.

267

268

Go to the theatre to write a review of a film or to stadium to write a review of a match [267]. It’s is worth going to your neighbours trash at night [268] – literally!

269

270

When you come back from the stadium or theatre you can write a positive or negative review of the match or film on a computer [269] and after interviewing people or going through trash write a positive or negative description [270].

271

272

At certain point you will have to learn charisma. You can do it in front of the mirror and by reading books [271]. However, to reach next levels, you need to have a certain number of acquaintances and friends [272]. Acquaintances are not a problem, it is enough to go to park or gym, say “hello” to Sims who are there. When you want to make friends, you have to talk for a while, laugh, gossip etc until they are your friends.

At the highest post career will ensure you over 7000 simoleons a week for working 4 fours for 4 days a week, but first you have to master two skills.
