Ninth objective: Capture the house by the river
Suggested class: Sauron or mage
It’s extremely important that you keep Sauron alive for as long as possible, at least to the moment when you begin the next assignment. The house by the river (14 on the map) is located nearby, however you should be moving slowly. Eliminate anyone who stands in your way [#126]. I would recommend choosing a passageway located to the east of the checkpoint (13 on the map). Use mostly Sauron’s special attacks and the elves should die quickly. Taking over this zone shouldn’t be too difficult, however you will have to watch out for enemy scouts. Prevent them from making surprise attacks and remain inside the large circle until the area is under your full control.

Tenth assignment: Kill Elrond and Legolas
Suggested class: Sauron or troll
This is definately the toughest assignment you’ve received so far. I would recommend that you try and divide this battle into two parts by fighting the bosses separately. Start off by focusing on Elrond, especially since luring him out of the area where he appeared (15 on the map) shouldn’t be too difficult [#127]. Find a spot where you’ll be surrounded by allied troops, so you’ll be allowed to focus only on killing Elrond. Additionally he will be distracted by other orcs, allowing you to spend some time trying to heal Sauron.

Sadly Legolas is a more skilled opponent and it’s very likely that Sauron may die while trying to get rid of the famous archer. Before that happens, make sure to inflict as many injuries to Legolas as possible. Use your special attacks in order to knock him down often and avoid his fire arrows, because they’ll take a lot of health points away from you. If Sauron dies, don’t event think about playing as one of the standard characters, because they would all perish too quickly. Instead go back to the southern checkpoint (3 on the map) and gain control over a new cave troll. Return to the main battlefield and start using troll’s middle attack to injure Legolas [#128]. If you’re lucky, he will die after only a few successful hits and you’ll end this very frustrating mission. Get ready for the big finale in the Shire!
