The robbery looks identical in every location. There are a few banks throughout the game and each of them can be robbed the same way.

In order to rob a bank you should have at least a demolitions expert on your crew, but a safecracker would be the best. Additionally, if you have an engineer, look for the god old box on the side of the building (one of the banks in Florida has it on the roof) and order him to have a look at it. This way the bank’s security won’t be able to call the police. Having a demolitions expert, search for a cracked wall on the side of the building, where your soldier can place some explosives – you will enter the safe deposit from the back. Having a safe cracker, enter through the front door [519]. Get to business at once and shoot all the guards [520].

Lead your safe cracker to the safe’s door [521]. After a while he will open it and you will be able to enter. Inside, apart from money bags, there is also a small safe [522] – have your safe cracker deal with it. Take all the money with you.

If you have entered from the front you can exit by demolishing the cracked wall – let your soldier do it [523]. After getting out, run from the police and quickly find a car [524]. Drive to your safehouse – upon entering it, the police will give up and the money will be added to your funds. Using this tactic, you can rob every bank in New York, Florida and on Cuba.
