Objective: Find a phone and call the next contact

You come back to the place where it all begun.

Run forward and across the bridge through which you were escaping to the airport [217] – on the other side you will find a payphone.

Objective: Meet with Mitchell in his safehouse on Cuba

Use your map and get to the meeting point [218]. You can either run there or steal a car (just look out for the police).

You will find him behind a pillar [219] – talk to him. From now on you will have a safehouse with a guns and a car nearby.

Objective: Assassinate the leader of the dissidents

You have to deal with some people [220].

Firstly go south-east, next to the police department. Enter the area where the targets are through a back alley. Unfortunately you will probably have to eliminate some members of the mob [221]. First of all, remember to eliminate every single target [222]. You will probably have some trouble with the police, so just run to your safehouse.

After dealing with the police, head north-east to some more dissidents. Climb the ladder [223] and then the stairs to the very top. There eliminate the targets [224] and escape the area.

Now drive to the north-west part of the area [225]. You can meet a policeman, who you can easily bribe [226]. This way the police won’t bug you for some time.

Locate the entrance, through which you will get to the dissidents (it’s marked [227]). Enter by using the stairs alone – leave your men by the door. This way you can quietly eliminate the first dissident by using a silenced pistol [228].

Further you will meet another one – on the other side of a barrier [229]. After getting rid of everyone, evacuate and move to the other dissidents [230].

It’s time to get to the east of the airport [231]. You can use a sniper rifle firstly [232].

Kill every target in the area [233] and head to the airport [234].

Get to the top of the tower [235] and eliminate the last dissidents [236].
