You can't get out of the car because you don't have the original game. Probably your mouse controls are also not working properly. You need to get the original if you want to play. It's some kind of protection against the pirates. If you got original game try contact customer support.

Hey does anybody know what the Default key to getting out of the car is?
I did exactly what Mushtaq said and the invert mouse is gone, but i still cant get out of the car??

Can anybody help me plz....
I have killed all the family heads, purchased all safehouses, killed every enemy and hv every shopkeeper in my pocket.
But yet I have not become DON of NYC, what could be the reason?
Is it necessory to collect all film reels?
It shows in objectives as buy all safehouses and all execution styles, but i hv bought all safehouses.
Plz show me the way out.
